Do I need to sign on the back of the checks $1070 & $420? Actually, I did it..What's gonna happen to me if I shouldn't sign them? will they send them back to me or they can cash them? Please help me..I'm really worry..!!!

The only thing I would worry about is that getting in the way of the case number so you can look it up online before you get NOA1. No reason to sign the back of the check when you've already signed the front. Don't think it's an issue.

You can click on the 'X' to the right to ignore this signature.

What kind of check? Who was it made out to? A personal check from you would not require your signature on the back. A cashier's check from a bank with both you and the USCIS listed as the Payee would require your signature on the back. Either way, I don't think it will be much of a problem.

The back of the check is an endorsement area for the payee. You only ever sign the back of check when it is addressed to you, NEVER when you are the one writing it. I personally think the package will get rejected for this, but maybe not. I would go to the bank and ask them for a tutorial on how to write checks. Good luck.

AOS for my husband

You only sign the back of the check when it addressed to your name and you're the person who will cash it, and why are you seeking for advice when you've already wrote the checks and sent them to USCIS.
