Hello everyone,

I received my Consulate or DOS # when I emailed NVCinquiry@state.gov, but when I try to use the voice response system at 603 334 0700 it says "No record of this file received" I am positive I am enterring correct # from email. This happen to anyone else?

Thanks

You need to follow the prompts to speak to an operator. I-129F petitions for fiance or spouse are not at NVC long enough to be entered into the automated system. The automated system is only of use with the I-130 and subsequent application for a CR-1 immigrant visa.

Thanks Aussiewench,

It is K-3, and that's good to know. My CR-1 also just arrived at NVC, and I can access it through the automated line.
