Hello All,

I am a new memeber to this forum and i must say it has been very informational and encouraging. I filed an I-130 petition for my wife and i am planning to go to Nigeria for her interview, has anyone ever been able to be present at the interview with their fiancee or spouse? I would like to be present while she is being interviewd...please advice.

thanks,

Patoch

You are not allowed in the embassy. Have her take your passport in with her and if they want they can summon you ( doesn't usually hapen) Some high fraud consulates they are afraid of the USC coaching the partner ( tug left ear = yes and so on )

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
