hi, I came to US with a fiancee visa about a year and 4 months ago and then got married. The married life did not work :( and I am about to get divorced. My question is: if anyone knows if there are any problems in getting the regular green card after the two years one, even if your divorced.

then if you'd like to have a 10 year card,

you'd have to apply for ROC, removal of conditions.

I assume you talking about the 10 year GC when you are saying "regular GC"..

First of all i wanna say i'm sorry your marriage didnt work out...and... when you are eligible for removal of conditions, as long as you have enough proof to show that you enter a marriage with good intent,but you didnt get along..then i think you should be fine...
