HI VJ'ers!

I am browsing the guidelines for lifting conditional status. I am about to file on July. Anyway, I noticed that the example cover letter here is signed by the USC. But the form I-751 is address to the person lifting condition.

Since, I am the one filing for my removal of conditional status, I wanted to draft the letter using my own identification as well as sign it.

Just wanted to know what's the implication of this, instead of having my husband (USC) signing it.

09/09/2011 - Sent the package to CSC

09/13/2011 - CSC received the package

09/15/2011 - CSC cashed check and NOA1 Received

09/26/2011 - Biometrics Appointment Notice Date (Sent)

Thanks! I probably just sign it. Since I am the one filing. I am just waiting for July 23 to send package to USCIS, everything been ready except for bills which I will use the recent ones when I send it. This time, its a lot lighter. LoL.

What I meant by "filing together" is that we are still married and checked off the box on the application stating "My conditional residence is based on my marriage to a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and we are filing this petition together."
