In case any fellow New Yorkers are obsessing over this: yesterday I received an email and text message indicating my interview date has been scheduled and that I will get a notice within two weeks. I also got the yellow "this is not an interview notice" letter in the mail.

Thanks for the update. I'm still patiently waiting. Just checked my account, it still says im in line for interview scheduling.

Lucky you!!! I can't be patient... every day I do not have the email notification that they issued me an interview date I die a little bit. I REALLY CAN NOT WAIT!!! Patience? Not me :)

Hopefully it will be our turn soon! ;)

I knooooooow :) That's exactly what's killing me :) Hopefully we will all get there soon!!! ;)

Checked the April filers forum, amazing to see that some people had their interviews within 2 months (from the date they sent in their paperwork) and there is a person who is still waiting for the interview letter to come!

I agree! It makes absolutely no sense and what's worse is that we just have to sit tight and wait for them. Even if you check timelines and compare dates, it's difficult to make an estimate. For e.g two seperate persons might file on the same day and one has to wait 3mths for the interview while the other gets it in one month.

That's exactly why I checked out the April filers forum to get an estimate but ahhh... forget about it... It totally varies and there is no one filing from Vegas (I guess it is true what they say that nobody really lives here) but then I wonder why am I still in line for an interview ? :D

I just hope I can make it within 3 months and wish you the same too! ;)
