I know that if you come into the United States as a visitor that you have the option to change status. Mainly because you have an I-94. How do you change status as a Canadian?

Me and my wife got married in the United States almost 2 years ago. We had been living in Canada but have been in the U.S. for the past few weeks visiting my family and her family wants nothing to do with her so essentially she has no place to return. So we would want to adjust her status. The whole process confuses me =S

Any reference to an I-94 would be NA (not applicable) for you (unless you actually got an I94)
