uhm - was the IV coversheet available at the portal for download? yer supposed to include that coversheet.

Yes, I downloaded the coversheet and the 'paid' receipt. Both were sent along with the IV documents. I also attached a bunch of EOR material with the explanation that when I had first filed the I-130 I had little supporting evidence of a bona fide relationship to include with that petition. I hope they take the time to review it and pass it on to Guangzhou.

Since receiving NOA 2, it has been an intensive month, but all the work is now complete. Unless I receive RFE, I have nothing to do until we receive notice of my wife's interview. So far, I've been quite lucky. Everything has progressed smoothly (with the help of you guys). It's been only 5.5 months since I sent in the I-130 petition. If our luck holds out, my wife may have her interview in late June or July.

Now you need to start prepping your wife for the interview questions, so she is comfortable with the answers.

07/07/09 : Married

08/18/09: I-130 Sent to Chicago

08/20/09: I-130 Received by USCIS

08/25/09: NOA1

09/22/09: NOA2

10/05/09: Received case# and gave emails

10/07/09: Received DS-3032 and AOS email

10/09/09: Sent DS-3032 email to optin electronic filing

10/15/09: Paid both AOS & IV fees

10/16/09: Received email electronic filing accepted

10/18/09: Sent AOS via email

10/23/09: Received email that AOS was accepted and waiting for IV

10/27/09: Sent IV via email

11/10/09: Signon to payment failure

11/19/09: Received email for interview - December 14th

12/14/09: Approved for Visa

12/16/09: Received Visa
