221 g from Chennai Consulate !

So i had my interview on 25th at the chennai embassy for my K1 Visa, i was issued a 221 g for not having a PCC. He asked me to get my PCC and then submit my passport ASAP, luckily i got my PCC the very next day and Submitted my passport. Does the 221 G look like a red flag or something that would put my case for Administrative Processing ? I am really worried, how long will it take for them to deliver my passport ? anyone in india have experience with such a kind of situation. How long does it take for the passport to reach you after you are approved ?
