I can't help you, but I want you to feel welcome here, not ignored. I checked the timelines and it looks like there have only been two here that went through there, 1 in 2004, 1 in 2005. Of course many use this site who do not create timelines, so that doesn't help any. On that note, please do take time to create a timeline. It helps people find each other like you need to do now.

Welcome to our forum. We may not know the answers to your questions, but we will be happy to provide whatever suport we can for you since we all know this process can be very painful.
