Just was skimming through cases way b4 mine... #'s maybe 20,000 cases b4 mine... i know some of these cases b4 mine are assigned #s for different categories and some certain #s only bring up applications with wrong fees, paperwork etc...Also the bad news from what i got going through them was it looks like most november filers havent heard back yet which sucks bc im a january 7th filer. Have many of you november -december filers heard anything back yet? Im at the CSC and curious about other CSC filers... Thanks!

I just got an RFE for passport photo lol. I sent back Saturday hopefully soon I hear something.. My priority date was 11-29..Nice to see someone else fromthe Caucasus Region..

hello out there visa goers...im also a lte jan filer accrding to igors list there processing dec 23 filers how true that is dont know but i have seen some lucky ones out there that got threw quick..i think they throw darts at petitions daily and at the end of the shift they count to see which ones have the most holes and thats the lucky one...lol got to laugh to blow steam i was looking at the forum the other day and saw a couple that got there noa2 with in 30 days on igors list??? how accurate igors is dont know there is one on there now that states they got theres in july this year...are they planning ahead go figure..any how at this piont no news is good news and all we can do is wait it out at this piont im immuned to the system and such a igors list junkie...i only check the usics website 20 times daily to see if the blue dot moves...lol

my priority date is dec.6.2010 and still waiting for my approval notice.hopefully this weekk i get an answer..i will be hitting the 5month mnark may.6.2011 so im guesing i should be hearing sumthng this week..good luck to everyone waiting for an approval

Ive looked through and found September, October, many many November and December i130s still at initial review... I know with the way things go ill be one of those people way past when its supposed to be done. Im considering flying back to Russia july 1st if nothing is done by then. This is all very very frustrating.
