The date on your green card is the important date.

Take the date on your green card and add 2 years then subtract 90 days. That is the earliest day to send your ROC.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Just ensure your I-751 and package gets to the Service Center during the 90 days prior to the GC expiry date, if it is sent early then there is a very good chance that it will be returned, if sent after the Expiry date, then you will need to include a letter explaining reason for it being late.

This will simplify things for you. ( Date Calculator) Looks like May 27th is the frst day of your 90 day window. Good luck!
