Section C, question 1, you put her CURRENT legal name. Section C, question 7, you put any and every other name she's ever used, including her name at birth and any other name she legally used before her current name.

Guys, I mailed my family-based application concurrently (I-130 with I-485) two days ago.

I just figured out that I submitted the photos with fees check for each form in separate envelopes BUT I forgot to write my name and my husband's name on the back of the photos! However, I labeled the envelopes with the my name.. :help: .

Does anyone have experience like this or know if this would be an issue?

You're filing for adjustment of status?

It depends on the IO who reviews your documents. Probably the worst that would happen is you might get an RFE for photos.

Yes, i-130 and i-485. What is RFE photo? I just don't want delay process. ;(

RFE means "Request For Evidence". It's a notice that USCIS will send if they need more evidence before making a decision on a petition or scheduling an interview. If you receive an RFE notice then you have to respond by sending whatever the notice requests. In your case, it's possible you could get an RFE for those photos. You'd respond by sending new photos that are properly marked according to who is the person in the photo.

It's also possible they'll just wait for the interview, ask you to confirm who is in each photo, and then mark up the photos themselves.

It's also possible the subject won't come up at all, either in an RFE or at the interview.

Like I said, it depends on the Immigration Officer handling your case.
