I was wondering if the operators ever catch on you are making your own forms and if so if they ask you about it. My reason for asking is i Just sent in my I-864 bill. If I call on monday to see if they got the check due they not notice they only printed them up two days ago and that there is no way they could have reached me and than i send them back in time. Thanks

Jeremy

Jeremy,

I cannot speak for every case, but my I-864 was returned to and received at NVC before even getting their generated forms in the mail. Everything went smoothly.

Make sure, you send all pre-generated documents only after NVC generates them.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

They dont seem to pay that close of attention. As long as the system states they have been generated, they are accepted on receipt.
