2008.05.19 Interview

2008.05.23 Got K1 visa on passport

2008.08.01 Enter US

I-458

2008.08.25 Sent I-130 I-485 I-131 I-765

2008.09.12~15 GOT all notice

2008.09.23 Got REF

2008.09.25 return REF

2008.10.1 GOT transfer my case to Csc

2008.11.21 GOT EAC card

2009.1.14 GOT My i-485 APPROVAL and Condition GC

I-751

2010.11.18 Sent I-751 package to VSC

2010.11.30 GOT Finger print notice (lose my entension 1 year notice)

2011.05.12 GOT EMAIL Card order ready!

2011.05.16 GOT EMAIL Approval notice has sent!!

2011.05.20 Recepit Ten year GC!!!

For anyone to be able to help you, you need to provide a lot more information!! because what you've written doesn't make any sense!!

'If I need to interview' - if you're going to enter the US for immigration or holiday purposes, yes you will need an interview - unless its for a holiday and your country is acepted under the Visa Waiver program.

'How long will I need to wait' depends on the visa and what embassy, so there are two questions you need to answer.

Please re-write your post explaining your situation a bit more then people might be able to help you

As i have understood, you are waiting to Remove Coinditions? If so, pretty soon you will receive either Notice of Approval, or Interview Invitation. Most likely, the first! I got my 10-year Green Card in 3,5 months after filing. My daughter got hers after 5 months. It was in January 2011.Good Luck!

As i have understood, you are waiting to Remove Coinditions? If so, pretty soon you will receive either Notice of Approval, or Interview Invitation. Most likely, the first! I got my 10-year Green Card in 3,5 months after filing. My daughter got hers after 5 months. It was in January 2011.Good Luck!

Their processing times are 6 months typically, but can take longer. Each case is different. My husband was approved 5 months after submission of I-751. We submitted shortly after you in Decemember. I'm assuming you've done your biometrics. If they need anything from you they'll contact you (if they need more evidence or an interview). If not you should receive your approval soon. If it gets to be outside the processing time you can always call...

It also depends on where you sent it. From reading on here I notice CSC moves faster than VSC as VSC has a lot more applications now. You might even be transferred to CSC like some others on here.

5/7/2011 ROC approved

5/11/2011 email stating card production ordered

5/13/2011 approval letter received in mail

5/13/2011 GC sent to wrong address due to system error

5/16/2011 service request opened

5/16/2011 usps tracking number shows card undeliverable

6/13/2011 GC returned to VSC

6/15/2011 case status update shows card was mailed out to correct address

6/17/2011 GC received in mail
