Current Status: Married on March 3, 2012. Preparing for AOS.

01-07-11 Met in person for the first time

04-04-11 I-129F sent via USPS Priority Mail

04-06-11 Delivered to Dallas Lockbox - signed for by J. Arthur

04-08-11 NOA1 sent to me, Check cashed, Case transferred to the California Service Center

04-11-11 Touched, Received e-notification via text message of NOA1 (at 12:30 am?!?!?)

04-15-11 Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail. Notice date 4/8/11.

06-24-11 Touched, Email and text - NOA2 approved in 2 months, 2 weeks, 2 days (77 days total)!!!

07-01-11 NOA2 hardcopy received

07-27-11 NVC receive - FINALLY!

07-29-11 NVC depart to Manila

10-13-11 Medical exam at St. Luke's Medical Center (Day 1)

10-17-11 Medical exam at St. Luke's Medical Center (Day 2)

10-18-11 Embassy interview - APPROVED!!

12-30-11 POE Chicago

03-03-12 Wedding Day!!

It is exciting to see us moved up a few slots! Still trying not to get my hopes up too much, in case it ends up taking the full 5 months, or longer...but...yay! :thumbs:

The Story So Far:

Sep 2009 - Met at University in UK

Apr 1 2011 - Engaged!

Apr 18 2011 - Sent I-129F...hoping for the best.

Apr 29 2011 - NOA 1 - California Service Center

Jul 14 2011 - NOA 2 (76 days after NOA 1)

Igor's list is a nice gauge, but that's all it really is...a gauge. The CSC received over 2200 K1 petitions in April and I see less than 60 April filers on Igor's list. They average around 3000 completed petitions a month, but still..the volume is high.

Igor's list is a nice gauge, but that's all it really is...a gauge. The CSC received over 2200 K1 petitions in April and I see less than 60 April filers on Igor's list. They average around 3000 completed petitions a month, but still..the volume is high.

How did you get a figure of 2200 just curious ??

If they only received 2200 but avg 3000 a month

That's good news in my world. Even if Igors list is just a small. Sample correct. ????

As of April CSC had:

9788 pending K1s

1383 awaiting customer response (RFE)

2789 completed K1s

2230 K1s

so yes, on average they are completing as many as they receive. however, they still have a backlog of nearly 10,000 to work through.
