Right. I know what you meant. There are many people who find VJ after filing their cases with immigration succubi (a.k.a. lawyers). For those people to get in front of us, they would have to have NOA1 dates earlier than ours. That's what I was trying to get at.

I'm ready to see some approvals seems like both places are lacking. Seems like we are going backwards more than forwards.

Some members have said after talking to the USCIS they are having some issues with the website and notification system. Meaning, people are getting approved but they just don't know it yet. Supposedly if you call and ask to speak with a Tier 2 agent they will tell you your status.

That would explain why we haven't been seeing any movement on Igor's List lately.

I'm a April filer too. Sent I-129F on 4-15 and received NOA1 on 4-19. Has anyone tried calling for update by talking to a tier 2 rep? I'm thinking about doing it.

The USCIS processing time is 5 months, and on my timeline here i read "Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between July 22, 2011 and August 1, 2011*" so I'm not calling before that date

If the updates are still slow next week I might call. Simply because it looked like April filers should have been hearing news last week and being an early April filer it would be great to hear some news!

LOL looks like they just skipped right over april!

Yesterday I noticed some march filers that received NOA1's in April got approved. Today I see a couple of May filers got approved!!!

Eh at least they're started and are in the ballpark haha. Now if they could just work backwards from the one in May we will be next.
