<----------------------- There you go a Jordanian Camel, GG, Myself and an Arab man in the background. :P haha GG was so scared of that camel. It was so funny.

I think I'll just go back and we'll take a pic next to a welcome to Jordan sign and send it in to be sure. hehe Just Kidding. :P

We're going to do the following :

Get her employer to write a letter stating she was in Jordan during the whole month April.

Photocopy of her residence visa

Photocopy of her work id badge

Photocopy of entry stamp to Jordan in her Passport

Her work certification

I was told by an USCIS officer to write a cover letter explaining her situation there. He said send in more photos and all other evidence just in case.

If anyone feels I'm missing anything feel free to chip in.

Yeah, do all that... and the welcome to Jordan pic.

It looks like the NVC finally received my packet today (August 8th) after having a NOA2 issued on July 12th. It should be off to Manila this week I would imagine... They did not have a MNL case number as of yet. I will try again later this week to get that number.

Call them again on Wednesday. They should have it shipped off to USEM and issued your MNL number by then.

Just venting ......

I wish I could take the rfe off GG's shoulders. I wish it was something I could of did myself. She is sick and working a lot she doesn't feel like doing something extra. On top of it she is scared and was crying tonight because she is worried about what will happen. Upsetting to me too because all I want to do is hold her and let her know things will be fine. While I can let her know things are and will be fine I can't do the holding at this time.

I know the approval is right around the corner but that doesn't make it any easier. I always told myself that if we got a rfe I would just take care of it so she wouldn't have to worry. However the way things happened it was unexpected that it would be on her so there is nothing I can do but wait for her to get them done. In fact we probably should of never got the rfe that was unexpected too but nothing we can do but do what they asked. Anyways she should have it tomorrow.

We aren't able to get the letter stating that she was in Jordan during April 2011 because one person refused to sign it.

We got the following items :

Photocopies of all pages of her passport

Copy of her work certificate stated she is in Jordan work from Nov 09 to present

Photocopy of her residency visa

Photocopy of her work id

Some kind of form stating that she has not left Jordan.

Everyone do you think that is enough?

I don't get some people. Why would anyone refuse to sign something so innocent? Oh, well... I would think the rest of the proof you have already would do the trick. Good luck, John.

Yea I don't quite understand it. GG wrote the letter she put 3 names of people of power on the letter. 2 of 3 signed the letter and the other one refused. I told her she should of just wrote it so that either no names were on it or only the people that signed it would be enough but she didn't listen to that. Now that only 2 of 3 signed she doesn't want to send it in and I told her I wouldn't so hopefully what we have is enough. The papers should be here by at least Monday 3-4 days so......

We'll see.

You were right, got shipped off to Manila today and I got my case number. Now on to paying the visa fee and getting the medical done in Manila. Everything is finally coming together. Hopefully all will be done by the time I come in late November to get her.
