Looks like only 1 approval for tonight and it's for May. Maybe tomorrow...

If there is an upside to this, John, it's that waiting will give NVC a chance to clear up the backlog of cases still needing to be scanned in (if the rumors are true). Which means, your case will be sent to the NVC right away upon approval. :star:

04-06-11 Delivered to Dallas Lockbox - signed for by J. Arthur

04-08-11 NOA1 sent to me, Check cashed, Case transferred to the California Service Center

04-11-11 Touched, Received e-notification via text message of NOA1 (at 12:30 am?!?!?)

04-15-11 Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail. Notice date 4/8/11.

06-24-11 Touched, Email and text - NOA2 approved in 2 months, 2 weeks, 2 days (77 days total)!!!

07-01-11 NOA2 hardcopy received

07-27-11 NVC receive - FINALLY!

07-29-11 NVC depart to Manila

10-13-11 Medical exam at St. Luke's Medical Center (Day 1)

10-17-11 Medical exam at St. Luke's Medical Center (Day 2)

Did they get yours yet?

Our NVC case number? No, not yet. :angry: USCIS says they sent it off to NVC. Yet, when asked for the file by NVC, USCIS said they'd send it. It's been 30 days since our approval and at this point we're no further than we were when I filed the petition, or so it would seem. :blush::unsure:

lol So the chance of GG leaving by Sept like we hoped is in between slim and none. Well hopefully it will just be before her contract ends so we don't have to renew it and then pay a bunch to break it. Was hoping she would wait to leave til Sept 15 for a couple of reasons one that is the soonest she can leave to avoid the breaking the contract fee and second Dec 10th is a Sat and the 10th is our dating anniversary so we wanted the wedding then. However, the rate things are going we will be lucky to even have the approval before Sept. Anyways if we don't get approved soon I'm planning another trip to see her. Was hoping she could just come here in Sept instead but doesn't look like that will be happening as quickly as we hoped. :blush:

July 14, 2012 - Biometrics appointment: complete
July 18, 2012 - Case transferred to California Service Center notice received
August 27, 2012 - Combo EAD & AP card received

April 25, 2012 - Permanent Resident card (conditional) received; Yahoo!!! (no interview)

REMOVAL OF CONDITONS

So much for the timeline we're passed the est. time now ..........

However I haven't seen many approvals yet for this week so maybe tomorrow is our day or maybe I'll just keep saying that until one day I get it right :rofl:
