April 2011 Filers

yeah ive been aware of the 2 april filers aprooved from vsc but they are there for a while, and one of them is definately an expedite (army i suppose). since then vsc is quiet. now the really frustrating thing is that vj statistics show they are approving march 6th when actually middle/end march noa2 are appearing like mushrooms after rain. dunno what to believe, id be happy even with a rfe. well not long to wait for us now. and duuh i followed your timeline

Yeah I had actually started a thread asking where those VJ stats come from (no one answered, ha), for the same reason that they are well behind what is being approved these days. Anyway, I would believe the actual dates coming from the timelines. So... I think that is good for all of us!

We are around the same NOA1 but the deciding factor is me being on the VSC and you on the CSC.

Grrrrr! This is so frustrating. I've been calling the NVC to see if they have our file yet. Nothing. Called USCIS to see if they sent it. It's still sitting at the CSC. The tier 2 rep I spoke with said that NVC has to request the file be sent to them. Called back to NVC. The operator said she never heard of that. She tried getting a supervisor but none were available (figures).

well it seems vsc is behind with the approvals but csc is behind with nvc. so that compensates. in the end we're all frustrated that doesnt feel good at all.

Yeah, well I called both NVC and USCIS again today. Of course, NVC said they don't have any record of our case. Called USCIS again and got to a tier 2 rep again. This time, I was told that it had been sent to the NVC but asked to have a trace put on the case anyway. The trace can take upto two weeks to find out the results. It seems like there's very little transparency between DHS, USCIS, NVC, and DOS.

ok the statistics on vj are seriously stupid. 2 days ago they were approving march 6th, yesterday march 9th and today march 8th LOL!!!!!! im not gonna trust vj statistics anymore XD i know im close and its stressing me soooooooo bad, and i might be pregnant and thats not a way of living X_X blahhhh
