JuneSue--Congratulations on NOA2 approval!! :dancing::dance::dance::dancing: . I do know NOA2 must go through NVC before being forwarded to your embassy. As far as Nigeria embassy particulars you will need to ask those who are knowledgeable on this topic: perhaps you can start new topic in the K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures forum and post your question there where more Visa Journey members are likely to read your question and give you the information you need. In the meantime, you may be also interested to explore the Regional Discussion Forum, the Sub-Saharan section and may find this link useful: http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Nigeria&cty=Lagos Good luck in this and in all your visa journey. Again, many congratulations!!! --RK and Inday

Vermont Service Center recieved our I-129F petition on April 26, 2011. It is now September 3, 2011 and still no NOA2 as of yet. I know labor day weekend may slow the process, but seeing everyone getting their NOA2 (even some May 2011 filers) is seriously making me worried and haven't slept well these past few days. I hope and pray that our NOA2 will be here in the next few days... sigh

Wow yours was the same NOA1 date as mine. Mine kept on saying April 26th on the USCIS website, but Notice Date on the hardcopy was Apr 27.

I just received the NOA2 Hardcopy on Saturday.

I'm sure yours is close to being adjudicated, hang in there my friend.

I really hope so... I just can't seem to do anything productive until we get our NOA2. Then there's still more worries to overcome (medical, interview, AOS, etc.) I really wish they made this whole process less stressful and not dragged on this long. It's like punishment for trying to do things legal and proper in this country sigh...

I appreciate you for sharing your info. Let's hope we can get ours next week hopefully. Also, that everyone has a positive visa experience. Thank you again!
