when do we submit affidavit of support form?

Hello!

So we're going to file the I-130 petition on May 10th. I sent an email asking what documents we would need to bring and this is what they said:

birth certificates (for my husband and his children)

our passports

I-130 form

Biographical form for each of us with passport photos

marriage certificates

fee of $420

proof of termination of marriages

and that was all....

Now my husband is being sponsored by myself and my parents. So Mom and I both filled out the Affidavits of support forms. I assumed I would bring those forms when we petitioned the I-130 but i guess not?

When do we submit those forms and the tax returns and stuff?

Please bear with me, I'm new to this and confused and couldn't find an answer. Is the Embassy correct?

The affidavit of support pertains to the beneficiary, so it will be needed at the beneficiary's interview.

Omigosh thanks you guys for the quick response. That actually works out because I need to order tax returns. ;-) I'm so thankful for this site, I'm really scared that for some reason we'll get denied: which would suck because my parents gave us 7 acres of land as a wedding present and we want to start a sheep farm! :-) Thanks everyone!
