NOA is received today. It is dated 05/10/2011.

They're so fast: they received my package on 05/10 at 11am and they printed NOA on 5/10 at 8:48pm. However they sent the letter only on 5/12.

By the way, do these affidavits have to be "sworn to or affirmed" by a notary or will their signature suffice?

hi there! as for the affidavits you could get them notarized or just their signature is ok too. there is nothing in the I-751 instructions which says it has to be notarized. im sending in my stuff next week and my 2 affidavits are just signed by my friends. and people have sent it in like this too before and have had no troubles.

Could anybody please be so kind to answer my question. We moved to a new address in June 2010 after I got my 2 year green card about 8 months. I did fill in online for the form AR-11 (non U.S citizen)on 06/30/2010 within 10 days of moving and got online confirmation number form USCIS but forgot to mail form I-865 for my husband (sponsor)to USCIS. Now we are going to apply for my 10 year green card in July 2011 then I realized I forgot to mail form I-865 for my husband. Can we still mail the form I-865 for my husband (sponsor) next week? Should he fill in the date "Effective date of Change of Address": 06/30/2010 so it would be the same date of my form AR-11 but the date for signature is 05/16/2011?

Should I send USCIS a copy of the deed of the house that showed both our name as husband and wife and the date we bought the new house and move in together to prove that we are together the same time and we are expecting a baby soon?

I am so worried. Please be so kind to help me!!! Thank you so very much!!!

Has anyone also had to file for their child/ren for lifting conditions too? My son came in on a K2 and I know I have to include him on the form, but do I need to just pay the biometric fee for him or is it like the initial GC application and I have to pay the full fee as well. Thanks for your help. I too should be applying soon. Good luck to everyone.

Hey don't worry, We just mailed ours 2 weeks ago and we actually moved more than 8 months. In many topics here that you shouldn't worry about it much, you're not the fist one who forgot to. When you mail the package include all the important papers that shows both of you are in the same address.
