Still waiting. The USCIS website says they are still in "initial review" and shows it hasn't even been touched since the initial NOA was sent out at end of May. What's up with that?

totally normal. you wont see an update until it is approved.

where did you file? if it was VSC, only 2 may filers have been approved so far. you shouldnt have too much longer to wait.

We're last for CSC, no RFE received, Angela's file has been put at the bottom of the pile or worst, sent to the Vermont Service Center

We'll call the USCIS when she's back from Brazil, she's been through another ordeal because she was not carrying the original of the letter of extension.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! Yey. We are down to 2 more approvals pending for May under CSC unless Tricia has been approved already, just forgot to update cause her RFE date was way back October.

I've been reading this thread for a while but only now figured I'd register. I filed my removal of conditions paperwork in late May in VSC. Just to let those still waiting from Vermont know, I talked to the INS rep yesterday and he told me I should wait for at least 7 more weeks cause they are so backlogged. But then again, sadly, it's not news in this forum. Just wanted to keep everyone's spirits high:) I'm thinking that I'll be getting one heck of a birthday present from INS in February:)

Welcome!! My Husband's birthday is in February as well. That would be a nice birthday present. We are traveling to Nicaragua in April. I have faith that we will have something by then.

Looks like the evidence I sent for the RFE was good enough. Got the email today that production of my green card has been ordered! Great Christmas present. Good luck and best wishes to all those still waiting
