it has been only three months, their processing time for I-751 is 6 months.

Thats what the UCSIS website states. but for those in CSC it usually takes less time (looking at estimated timeline in this forum for CSC applicants), and specially that some of June filers are already approved.

Well, yeah, but that would be their excuse that the OP's application is still within 6 month time frame

I do not know if you clicked the link, you will see that it said there were many vacancies available at VSC so we might see VSC picking up within a couple of months...

I clicked the link. I'm not USC, I'm removing conditions of my green card. So I can't apply.

Those positions are dated February-March, so if they hired all 40 positions in that timeframe, then we should have already seen VSC picking up.

Hmmm...USCIS progress is seriously mysterious and unpredictable . June and July filers are already getting approved. Congrats to all of them but waiting seriously sucks.

I know!! Wow July filer less than a month! CSC had vacancies too in Feb and May * my husband was job hunting then and he cam across it*

I hope everyone gets approved soon..I feel for May CSC filers maybe you should've wait until June or July to file

July filer??! already?! Less than a month?!

I believe there is one hardworking IO who makes a decision as soon as he/she gets the case in CSC. Other IOs (who probably got our cases) are on the vacation or just taking it slow.

Just to give an update i called FBI customer service today at 304-625-5590 and clicked 2,4 & 3 options to get a lady. She asked for my uscis A# number. I came to know they sent my biometrics report back to uscis on the same day, they took my fingerprints. Thats fast ! But I am still waiting for over two months since my biometrics day on June 6th. Hmmm . I wonder if i can get a copy of the report !

you can't get the copy of the report, but you can fill an application and enclose a fee with it to get your background check done.

3 June CSC filers and 3 May CSC filers are approved - we're even

I think some CSC filers' timeline might not be updated but the majority haven't received the response yet. At least I hope I'm not the only one who hasn't received anything.

Looking at past threads it seems that we'd usually expect to see more May filers approved, at least before June and July filers are approved! It's a bit odd, but oh well.

I went back to the UK for two weeks, just returned yesterday. Had no problems leaving/re-entering the country, although the lady at Heathrow had clearly never seen a letter of extension before! I don't plan to go back for at least a year anyway - not only did the trip cost me $2,400 (OUCH! The exchange rate sucks! And that's with my parents very generously paying for most of the food/gas!) but I'm now 6 days in debt in vacation to my company.

What happened to CSC? It looks like the approval process stopped after April filers. Besides couple of unusually quick approvals, why it takes so long.......

That makes me think if VSC has transferred any of the applications to CSC. When I checked the USCIS dashboard it said "66k I-751 pending apps and they also received 15k more I-751 apps in June 2011 as well"

Hmmmmmm
