Huh. Alex just texted me to say I have a letter giving me an 'appointment to remove restrictions'. :blink: That sounds like an interview to me...

Hi suzannyo, when is the sent date? (Not delivered date) You need that date for the list ;)

Sent date was 5/19/2011. Still haven't received any mail back, but per the USPS website, it was received on 5/21/11. Can someone add us to the list, pretty please?

11/18/16... Checks cashed, received emails and text messages at 5:22pm, cases routed to Texas Service Center

02/22/17... NOA2 for Mom received (Notice Date 02/15/17)

02/28/17... NOA2 for Dad received (Notice Date 02/17/17)

03/01/17... Status online shows application sent to NVC 

03/17/17... Received emails from NVC for next steps!

03/21/17... Went online to Choose an Agent

03/28/17... Received emails from NVC confirming Agent selection and to proceed with the next step (paying fees!)

04/05/17... Paid the $120 Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee online today (Also eligible to pay the $325 Fee but will wait before doing so...)

April-August... Took a break from the process in order to move back from USVI to mainland USA.

08/07/17... Paid the IV Fees for both my parents ($325 each) today

08/23/17... Called NVC because payment still showing "In Process", was advised to email proof of payment to have them manually correct it

08/24/17... CEAC website shows "Paid" and can now have parents' DS-260 forms filled in.

Hello,

I sent my documents this month too and recieved my NOA1 and then nothing heard from them. And I check my status it says..its not in their system yet..is it usual happen?

07-19-2011 - day 67 - biometrics appointment, no issues

01-19-2012 - day 220 - ROC approved!

**RACHEL: Congratulations!!!!! I was starting to wonder how long would it take to start seeing the biometrics appointments show up. Woohooo! One step closer!!!!

It was my biometrics appointment! Alex fails at reading comprehension. :lol:

This is true! I tried out the Receipt number on the NOA but it doesnt recognise that number :bonk: ....and then i read and re-read down at the bottom of the NOA.... it states...

"Upon receipt of your ASC appointment notice, you can find the status of your case online at www.uscis.gov. To view the status of your case, enter the application number found at the top of the ASC appointment notice"

So Im assuming the "ASC appointment notice" is the Biometrics letter we receive?!?!?!
