I am just getting the packet together to send, is it necessary to send sworn avidavids and photograps as well as all the other evidence. I would be interested if you all sent these.

Hey you,

I didn't send any photos. I felt that we had enough evidence. I did send some envelopes (several in fact) that were dated and addressed to both of us very recently and also some travel itineraries showing both our names for when we went back home to Canada last month.

If you have a majority of the items on the list, I would opt out on the affidavits and photographs.

Is it just me or does the California office show faster turn-around times in general?

Fingers will be crossed and blue until I hear back, I know I shouldn't be scared, I mean my relationship couldn't be any more real, its just with our lifestyle we have basically no bills! hard to show all that co-mingling! Good luck to everybody else and stay positive!

May 7, 2009 : I-765 case online. Card Production ordered.
May 11,2009 : EAD card received.

Hi everyone,

I have a couple of quick questions:

1) If I want to use a courier service (such as FedEx or UPS) to send the package, do I send it to the PO Box address listed on the I-751 instructions (USCIS California Service Center, P.O. Box 10751, Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-1075) or is there a physical address that must be used?

2) Do I need to include any passport-sized photos of myself like I did 2 years ago with the initial I-130/I-485 filing? I imagine the biometrics appointment should take care of the photo, but then again, I remember last time the redundancy of both mailing photos and doing biometrics was required.

Also a May Filer, was hoping to have filed a little earlier, however had to file taxes by mail instead of online so delayed me having the money to pay for it, sent it just in time in the end.

1- I used the PO Box in Laguna Niguel. This is the address USCIS specifies in its instructions.

2- I didn't send in any passport type pictures. I don't believe it was listed as required document. But they do ask for a copy of your Green card - front and back (I almost forgot that one!)

yes, no need for passport pics as far as the list says... I did forget the copy of the green card unfortunately and thus far no NOA 1 even though I sent my I-751 on ther 9th and it was signed for on the 11th :-(
