Im sure someone knows the answer to this, if your current green card expires before you get your ten year green card, do they send a temporary card while you wait.

Yes, basically the NOA they send you says that you're green card has been extender for a year. You should always carry that paper along with your current green card until you get your new 10 year green card. It also works if you plan to travel, just show them your expired green card and your extension letter :)

Thanks, I decided to overnight it, so they can receive it tomorrow (saturday) and it will be ready and waiting for someone on Monday. I also overnighted the form to update our mailing address and the sponsors address. Oops, should have done that like 6 months ago hope they don't get upset with that.

I don't want to mess the table up but could someone add me, package sent on May 20 to Vermont.

I could have mailed mine in April but I had a death in the family and a lot of stuff went down so I finally mailed mine off the other day.

Better late than never! lol My green card expires July 7th so I'm not super late.

Good luck to everyone waiting :)

Laura how are you? Cool beans and hope your process goes smoother than the AOS stage as my AOS process was abit rough and long too. I sent my package off today so now we will wait and see. Good luck.
