I used Fedex priority 2nd day.

May I know what type of mail did you guys sent? EMS? registered mail? First class? regular mail?

I used Express Post with signature required through USPS - guaranteed next day delivery - cost me $30 (because of weight!) including a written delivery confirmation being mailed to me.(im just looking on the tracking paper i got and it says "Express Mail - EMS").

04/05/17... Paid the $120 Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee online today (Also eligible to pay the $325 Fee but will wait before doing so...)

April-August... Took a break from the process in order to move back from USVI to mainland USA.

08/07/17... Paid the IV Fees for both my parents ($325 each) today

08/23/17... Called NVC because payment still showing "In Process", was advised to email proof of payment to have them manually correct it

08/24/17... CEAC website shows "Paid" and can now have parents' DS-260 forms filled in.

I could have mailed mine in April but I had a death in the family and a lot of stuff went down so I finally mailed mine off the other day.

Better late than never! lol My green card expires July 7th so I'm not super late. :blush:

Guys, I'm super bummed out...I think they returned my package for some reason. I got something from immigration sent by certified mail to my house today. Since no one was home I have to go pick it up tomorrow. I was kinda hoping it was my NOA but my check hasn't been cashed yet so I really don't think its that :( Has something similar ever happened to any of you?

When we were adjusting my status from K-1, my husband forgot to sign the check so they sent the whole package back to us . Normally they explain in a letter the reason why they return the package.

Guys, I'm super bummed out...I think they returned my package for some reason. I got something from immigration sent by certified mail to my house today. Since no one was home I have to go pick it up tomorrow. I was kinda hoping it was my NOA but my check hasn't been cashed yet so I really don't think its that :( Has something similar ever happened to any of you?

False alarm guys :)...i still don't know what i got but I know its not the package cause they cashed the check today!!
