im Currently Deployed to Afghanistan can you file/start an spouse petition while overseas using my military APO address as my mailing address and for where intending relative intends to live will be my stateside address. and dont want to use military expedite cause it might get done too soon since i just got here dont want the chance of the visa expiring. any comments suggestions much appreciated

can capture other addresses on the G-325A on YOU

and again on the DS-230 when you get to NVC action.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Yes you can do it from the deployed location. (I used my address in the US though on all the paperwork, but I had a friend that could check my mail too) You can expedite it and if it does get approved fast, then you can wait until you get back to submit the paperwork to the NVC. If you decide to expedite, let me know. I did it when I was in kuwait. Stay safe there.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.
