Hi,

It is about time for us to submit the I-751 form to USCIS. My wife (citizen) and I (conditional permanent resident) have been married for over three years and despite our best efforts we don't have kids. My wife is currently going through infertility treatment including IVF.

Should I include medical/insurance records pertaining to her infertility and IVF treatment in the I-751 submission?

On one hand, I think it is too personal for USCIS to know this type of stuff but on the other hand they already know everything :)

I would appreciate your responses.

Well if one piece of evidence would convince me, that would be it, you do not need to go into great detail to USCIS, just a form or something showing that IVF treatment is taking place.

I sent a copy of a lawyers letter showing that we are in a legal battle with my wifes ex husband over custody of my stepson, didnt give all the details, just enough to show we want to keep our family together.

You would just need enough to show that you want a family.

Forgot to add, Good Luck with the IVF, my wifes brother and wife went that route, Triplets will be 3 in May :D

Hope that helps

Yes and no. The fact that you are trying to have a baby or not has nothing to do with the removal of conditions. Babies are not required. Medical records showing you as an "emergency contact" or her as an emergecy contact for you, or joint medical insurance are all good, of course. It is none of their concern what TYPE of treatment you are receiving, but if you are recognized as a married couple by your Dr.s and by insurance, YES that is good evidence.

When Alla and the boys became patients at our family Dr., they filled out forms stating the "emergency contacts" and "responsible party" plus our joint insurance cards are on file and we have proof that the insurance has paid for their expenses. I requested copies of them and sent that. I did not tell them that Alla had a kidney stone two years ago.
