Reporting a Asylee

I know someone who has taken Asylum here but has been travelling to country against which that person took the asylum. Infact that person traveled couple of times to his home country where he was not allowed.

Now i wanted to know where to report this person because this person got asylum by lying , he was never in danger in his home country but as we know people pretend to do so to gain asylum. And now he even went back there couple of times and tried to cause some trouble there.

So i wanted to report this person here because he is back in States. I think this person traveled on a passport of home country obtained through some illegal means.

Please lemme know a way to report and to whom.

You can report them to USCIS. The asylee is not allowed to travel outside of the US without receiving advance parole. If they have in fact returned to their home country without this then it could be grounds for terminating the asylum status. If they did receive advance parole then it is a moot point. As far as using illegal documents to enter their home country, that is an issue for the immigrations department of that country. The fact that he must use illegal papers to enter that country reinforces the fact that they would be persecuted in that country so probably wouldn't fall under the "fear of persecution was not genuine" stipulation, but there may be an underlying issue with using asylum as a way to avail themselves of the protection of the US.

This person is a permanent resident. So i dun think he needs to have advance patrol. So if i get a report from his home country stating that he has been threatening someone there over the phone , would it be any use here?
