It would seem to me that if you answered yes to question 2 in part C then you are required to provide information relating to those convictions. If you answered no then you are not required to provide any information.

I am assuming that you are talking about an I-129F.

yes, sorry. it is for a k1 visa 129f petition.

I was convicted of 2 mips, but one had 2 counts. I recieved a short term probation for each

I need to know how to file for a waiver, Or if i even need to, My life is different from then

And i don't want this to be a reason for them to deny us.

it's not going to be a problem for you it's just going to delay your case because chances are you're going to get a rfe, so to be on the safe side go down and get the certified depositions of each and have a statement letter ready that way if you receive(when) it you have all the paper work ready all you have to do is send it right back to them cutting down on time significantly.
