Criminal background, Do i need to get a police/court recs and send with our thing, or do i need to make a statement to them, so when they do my check they know ahead and it's not a surprise?

It would seem to me that if you answered yes to question 2 in part C then you are required to provide information relating to those convictions. If you answered no then you are not required to provide any information.

I am assuming that you are talking about an I-129F.

it's not going to be a problem for you it's just going to delay your case because chances are you're going to get a rfe, so to be on the safe side go down and get the certified depositions of each and have a statement letter ready that way if you receive(when) it you have all the paper work ready all you have to do is send it right back to them cutting down on time significantly.
