Like your optimism.

I hope they provide some guidance about how things might move over following 3 bulletins.

It would be really nice if they say 8-10+ weeks per month but I suspect same old story with 4-6 weeks.

Just a small correction, we are 3 months away from 2006 not 2.

Thanks for the correction :).

The bulletin will only fall on the 1, 8, 15, 22 or 30 of the month. Also, I might be wrong, but I doubt that holidays affect the number of visas that available for applicants each month. Perhaps they could affect the dates that the respective embassies will be open for accommodating interviews, but not the availability or currency of visas.

I'm sorry, but I lost hope for any forward movement of PD....

my guess is:

1OCT2005

I think the same , the VB will be 01 OCT 05 .

But i don t understand why... if it supposed that in October begins the new fiscal, why there are no number visas????

It must be free.

As I said a week ago - it is not a problem for me to wait one or to month more because I see the end 7 years waiting.

You see 7 years is a really really long time, and I am really tired of waiting and if I had a choice I wouldn't wait another minute for this....

And let me check this right! NVC had put for many times the processing on hold.... God knows why

Nov 2001 -> June 2002 (PD frozen on 1-MAR-99)

Oct 2002 -> May 2003 (PD frozen on 1-MAR-99)

Apr 2005 -> Oct 2005 (PD frozen on 22-Oct-00)

Oct 2006 -> June 2006 (PD frozen on 22-Apr-01)

Apr 2011 -> Sept 2001 (PD frozen on 1-May-04)

... I only mentioned the longest intervals

So now my question is are you sure that this is going to take only one or two months?

So please excuse me for being so pessimistic but I think that nobody deserves just to put it's life on hold and wait for an unlimited period of time....
