Well...seeems NVC is taking lot of time to send I/Ls.... Still nobody has received I/l...

May be this is good sign for us ...May be they would be moving 1-2 months....So more applicants for interview and bonus is that it is start of new Fiscal Year...so they would take more time to send I/ls...

Atleast people must get I/ls by end of this week....Remember when they send I/ls by email....it reaches to applicant's mailbox after abt 2-3 days.....So, may be by sat or sun ppl may start getting I/ls...if NVC sends by this week...

Any way, We will know how much F1 moves in couple of days....maxm by next week....

November 18 2013 Email from USCIS about Petition Acceptance (PD Nov 15 2013)


November 19 2013 I 797 NOA 1 received by mail


March 24 2015 Received E Mail and Text Notification about Case transfer to another USCIS Office


March 28 2015 Received Hard copy of Transfer Notice from USCIS


March 31 2015 Case Approved by USCIS


April 1 2015 Received Email and Text message for Case Approval


April 4 2015 Received Hard Copy of NOA2 from USCIS

April 16 2015 Case received at NVC


April 24 2015 Case Number and IIN received on Call


April 27 2015 Paid AOS Fees and Submitted DS-261


April 29 2015 Welcome Letter from NVC in Email


May 05 2015 DS-261 reviewed over phone


May 06 2015 AOS & Civil Documents sent to NVC


May 07 2015 Documents received at NVC


May 08 2015 Email from NVC to pay IV Fees


June 08 2015 IV PAID


June 10 2015 Submitted DS-260


July 13 2015 Case Completed


July 29 2015 Finally....Got Interview Date

I feel like having anxiety attack since there is only one month left for my bro pd to become available! I think to my self what if it doesn't move or god forbids goes back again!?

Plz if u receive any news about interview letter even from other categories, let us know immediately PLZZZZ :)

I think that there will be at least 6 weeks advance for October (actually I pray to God....)

I think that there will be at least 6 weeks advance for October (actually I pray to God....)

MariaC I am sure your PD will be apart of those that will advance remember they are saying in September they will reach OCtober 1, 2005. I think the bulletin will move by at least 2 months. They have slowly, very slowly addressed retrogression, and the new fiscal years will begin so they will be able to move back to the normal if not back to the original place this month i give them until next month to go back to Feb 06.

Ur welcome and once again just hold on for a few more weeks.. i don't think the VB will come out until the week of the 11th of Sept... probably the 14th... if it comes out before it means we will be having smooth sailing...:)

No they are my brothers and they are living in turkey and me and my parents are living in California . I haven't seem my bros for 7 years :(

I am learning for getting the driver license now.

My immigration journey is ended here. But another new journey has been opened.

Any news about IL for Oct 2012 .... in September there are 32 F1 in Delhi embassy and 51 f1 fro Bombay consulate....so 83 f1 interviews for September.... so there a big rush in embassy..... and it seems that there will be a very small movement for October vb

it doesnt matter because every interview will have the dates in october , . The F1 who are in september were appointed in august visa bulletin. So three more days to know the movement.
