Hi,

I saw F1 watch list. Very interesting. I wonder If NVC had completed my case august 2010 what would have happened. I saw somebody with PD oct.2005 took his/her interview Nov. 2005.

But maybe it is my fault...

Here is some information about my case:

- fees was paid 01 july 2010.

- I did not prepare my documents because we /my 3 years daughter and my girlfriend and mother of my daughter/ went for one month holiday around Europe - Spain, Italy France. After that september 2010 we spent one month in USA :bonk: . So when we came back in home /Europe/ oct 2010 I prepared all documends and sent it to NVC but I realised it was too late - F1 was hit by re....... so my case was completed feb.2011.

- Feb. 2012 NVC reopened my case because I wanted to add my daughter and april 2012 my case was completed again.

But the past doesn't matter. I'm just curious :)

Rovers, the F1 Watch List was created by NevermindVz. It is the way that helps us, F1 keep track on who are receiving interview letters so that we can predict the cut-off-date movement of the following monthly visa bulletin. So I guess your case was completed in April 2012 then. I hope your priority date will be current in this coming October. Can you let us know as soon as you receive the interview letter Rovers?

sorry to say brother but you dont fall in F1 having a baby and saying i am not married...please take some advice from some experienced one

Having a child does not exclude someone from being within the F1 category. The definition for the F1 category is simply the UNMARRIED sons and daughters of U.S. Citizens. Also, having a child does not suggest that he is also married, which he clearly stated he wasn't. As he said, NVC updated his file to include his daughter, as is allowed within the dimensions of this category.

He only mentioned having a girlfriend, but didn't mention anything else. So without further information, it would be wrong to assume much about his girlfriend since she may not also be seeking to immigrate to the US, or may already be a US citizen. It is better to ask him if he's sure that he's in F1 - which I'd think after so many years, he'd likely know - rather than announce to him that he isn't.

Priority Date: 10/5/2006

Interview Scheduled: 10/1/2013

Medical Completed: 11/4/2013

Interview Completed: 11/18/2013

CEAC Status -- Administrative Processing -- 11/19/2013

CEAC Status -- ISSUED -- 11/19/2013

I agree with this. F1 is for unmarried sons and daughters. It doesn't matter if you have children or not.
