Hello guys!!

I want to change my embassy location to another country because I am moving there for a while. have you got any idea about what steps I should take? and the most important thing is that this change will have effect on gc process? this change will consume more time than my case be current ( i.e more than what I waiting so far) ?

Thanks!

Hi Julie-Mc,

As long as you inform them of address change, there shouldnt be any issue.

You might have to bring along an updated Police Certificate from current and new country.

Since the case is with NVC and not with an Embassy at the moment, there wont be any delays. Becuase they will send your document to the Embassy once the they know your case is Current.

But again, better be safe than sorry, just call NVC and ask them about the procedures.

Good luck.
