I hope it would jump 2 months, as last bulletin didn't advance as much.

By the way, I stoped praying last year and things started moving. Maybe we should stop praying and focus more on life. Just a thought ....

In last octobers VB, they said F1: three to six weeks movement.

At that time the PD was 15 June 2004.

In February VB, their estimates were, F1: three to five weeks.

At that time, PD had moved to 22 Dec 2004.

So roughly 6 months movement.

In May VB, they said, F1: four to six weeks.

Since Feb VB, we are at 1 May 2005, 4 months movement.

I know clearly there were less 2004 applications to handle by NVC than 2005, hence the "decent" monthly movement.

Im asuming there are more "Second half of 2005" applicants in waiting (since most did not manage to finish before the retrogression).

Just look at the Vietnamis site, plenty of August applicants in waiting.

The question is, should we put the emphasis on lower estimate (4 weeks) or the higher one (6 weeks)?

It amazing, my case was completed 18 months ago. Yet I am still 11 "NVC months" away for PD.

So I agree with the fact, Praying for big movements, every month, is the only thing we can do. :help:

I would say it is going to have a larger leap forward this month.

If we recall two months ago it moved 2 months, and this made them hold back to be able to catch up with the overdue work, this is why last month it moved only 1 month.

Thus I believe this month it'll move minimum of 6 weeks.

We shall see ....

Totally Agree, I also think that reason why they only moved one month on May was due to the overwork of the two months movement from April bulletin...

Yes dude it was not that F1 moved less, all categories movd less. Also F2A which is moving highest too moved less. There must b sumthg for this less movement.

May b due to backlog of all categories....

Hope for d best..i go for 2 months movement.

Hey MayaNk,

Isnt this a bit of contradiction?

If there is something as you say, then it is more likely that things will slow down.

Maybe it will be, 1 big jump folled by small jump for the next 4 and remaining VBs for the year.

Again, dont want to sound negative (not intentionally) but realistic. I really do hope it moves atleast 2 months for every month.

I hope the "slow down" is just related to USCIS processing things quicker than before.

Looking at the California SC:

I-130 Petition for Alien Relative U.S. citizen filing for an unmarried son or daughter over 21 January 19, 2010

It means, they have completed these case in 2 years or so.

I know my case took 4 years for USCIS to complete.

Just look at the chart I130-pref, national trend:

http://dashboard.uscis.gov/index.cfm?formtype=5&office=2&charttype=1

less completed cases and more pending and unripe.

All I can think of is, early collection of $$ (billions) for Dept of HLS.
