When I phone NVC and ask them about future prediction for priority date their answer is always "We dont know". And I honestly think that representatives who answer the phone lines really dont know. Its something that is decided at a meeting every month where they all sit down and look at visa avaliability and completed cases. So you probably misheard. But hey if it moves to October 2005 we are not complaining.

Also Aleenjafzadeh - Would you please let us all know when NVC sends you their letter advising you about the interview date? And also after ur interview please share your experience.

And lastly, Im on Facebook. I already added ioukta as friend. And sent the friend request to Aleenajafzadeh as well (although he/her has not added me yet). But if anyone is on facebook please send me your email address or your name and city details and I would love to have you all on my facebook. Who knows how long this site will be around?? And I use facebook way more then I do this site.

Take care you guys!!

If u say is correct than it can be 2 months or 6 months jump from what is currently being procesed....we can get back to Feb 2006 date within 2-3 months...but seems unrealistic...may be u r saying what u heard from NVC Representative...but 6 months jump is sumthg we cant expect looking at current trend of VB...

may be it can jump 2 - 3 months maximum but i dont think it can move more than that...i.e 6 months straight...and if it does so....it is really grt for all of us...pray for that guys..i wish may be u heard true and we may see a jump of 6 months in next VB...

Aye... I dont even know what this thread in reference to PD and where they ar enow for F-1. This rep sounded like he was in training and was giving out much info. You could even hear someone behind him telling him " you dont have that info right now" and telling him to stick to script even placed me on hold a few times.

I believe that sometimes the reps know the info but not ready or the right time to release that info. Other times they just dont know.

Everyone who call may just get a different response. Anyhow....I hope within a year or less I can hear back something.

Hello Folks,

I called NVC this morning and they said they are processing Feb/March 2005 at the moment.

The rep also mentioned that when your PD becomes current then you go on a waiting list and they start allocating visa numbers and interviews. Also most of the allocation happens towards the end of the month which in return determines the next visa bulletin dates. In addition, they mentioned that I am close to get an interview letter. (Close is a very subjective term when it comes to a 7 year waiting period).

I will keep you posted as soon as I hear something from them. And will share the interview Q&A and the process.

I only check my Facebook once a month. If you have questions or comments either use this site or email me. Thanks.

Cheers guys.

Does benificiary living in US has to take 3 years w2 return or it is just petioner's W2 for last 3 years :help:

I believe you are talking about Affidavit of Support. If so, then the Petitioner(or other Sponsor) needs to send in Tax/W2 info.

Im sorry you lost me, what interview?

Nobody is interviewing the petitioner.

If you have an interview, nobody will ask you for your Taxes.

Just recent Police background check, if your previous one has expired.
