Hey guys,

Just received another mail from NVC:

______1 - IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 1:_______________________
The NVC has received the information you submitted and placed it in your case file. You will be
contacted when your petition is sent to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate for further processing.
My PD is May 2006 as F1
My question is: How many time to interview from this e-mail?

Up to six months at most. It may be earlier depending on their schedule.

6 months is a lot of time.

Happy new year :-)

And hope we will start to see some good movement.

I have a question: is there any body received a request from the NVC to up date the address and phone number??

My priority date is 4th June 2007 and the case is close long time (almost two years back) is that mean that there is something coming close?? Are we going to see some good movement???

Please if any body has the same experience share it with us :-)

Visa Bulletin is out, three weeks movement

http://www.Travel.State.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_6242.html

Great, it seems early this time around.

On one hand I'm disappointed it's only three weeks movement.

On the other, boy am I glad to see the back of 2006...even if we did only just scrape past!!
