Hello friends,

My sister will go to interview this coming Monday.

She was just told by some immigration consultant that she needs to get a new I-864 which is in a totally new format.

I rember I saw somewhere, for the old applicants (the filing was processed through efiling 2 years ag\o) the old I-864 remain good and no need to change.

Should I prepare and new I-864? Is the benificiary required to present the new I864 even when the case was processed online 2 years ago?

did you find out if your sister needs to submit a new I-864?

when her interview is done on Monady, Please write a short note wether she had to submit a new I864 and DS260 instead of DS230? what other documents was she asked for?

I wish her a very successful interview/.

Hi guys just to let you know i landed in the states on Oct 28,2013 and today I checked the USCIS ELIS website to see the status of my case and it was completed/Card processed. I have not received the card in my hand as yet but I am expecting it within a couple of days.

For all those that are awaiting interviews good luck and for those who are waiting for their dates to become current I hope for some big movement :)
