3 weeks movement at least. happy.png

Congrats to all receive ILs already.

Slightly relieved ... I think it would move for 1 month easily and there is no sign about more 2006 people left on any other portals too ... dnt know why but it seems that there are million times more 2006ers exist rather than 2007 and 08 ... idea9dv.gif

I agree. Way more 2006ers on the watch list than 2007 and 2008.

Wouldn't it would be great if there were actually fewer submissions in those years so more visa's get processed in the coming months? One can only dream!

Three weeks movement, possibly? That would be good! Better than what we thought. So far, it appears this year will be mirrroring last fiscal year's movement. I have a feeling they'll try to get the bulletin out to us this week, before the holiday on Monday.

I checked my CEAC case status, and my file is already at the Embassy in Kingston. So it's like really real. Medical appointment set, and tax papers in order. All that's left is waiting. But feels a little easier now.

Priority Date: 10/5/2006

My priority date is April 2009. I am now an Australian citizen but because I was born in India. I have wait for 3 more years! I have been waiting for about 12 years already, my parent are now very old and I am afraid that I won't see much of them. Is this really worth it? Feeling down, sad and very very very homesick!

Wat abt ur category??

because I was born in India. I have wait for 3 more years! I

Indian dates are equivalent or same with the worldwide dates, India is behind in Employment numbers not in Family Based Immigration.

I have been waiting for about 12 years already, my parent are now very old and I am afraid that I won't see much of them.

There's only F4 category exist where the current waiting time is 12 years but by reading your post it seems that it would take more years to get current. (I don't understand which category is that worst where u have been waiting for 12 years and still counting, unless ur a mexican but since ur not .... i dnt know and im confused)

Is this really worth it?

YES, it does. Especially, when family and american life comes in a same package ... smile.png

Feeling down, sad and very very very homesick!

I can understand your pain, all of us are experiencing the worst times without loved ones. (But, Australia still better option you have right now, better than wasting time and earning peanuts in India)

Hello guys Visa Bulletin is out for November 2013. We (F1ers) moved to October 22, 2013. I was really hoping we would move out of October and into November, but alas it was not to be for this month. Hopefully we will see a month's movement soon.

Congratulations to all those who received their inteview letters this month, and may God be with you all on the day of your interview!!!

hello guys I have a question and I hope some members can help, I am helping a friend to complete his process.

my friend PD is 07/2007. he is doing college her. His family lost the approval notice and we managed to get a duplicate, we just received it last week. now I believe he has to wait until his PD becomes current. let assume his PD becomes current after 8 months. does he need to get in contact with NVC ? or only submit his AOS package with print out of the visa bulletin.I saw some timelines and I got confused [ F1 category ]
