F1 case complete and waiting for visa # availability

i don't know about this "something HAS to happen at the end of the fiscal year" thing. Last fiscal year nothing happened, zilch, nada so why this time? and last october retrogression was 10 months old, so why would this time be different?

Hey nevermind, im in f2b right now but im interested in F1 coz gradually i will convert my category into it by the end of this year. my pd is too far but have a lil hope to live with for a while...... my pd is 17 dec 08.

watever the movement will be in next vb, one thing is sure, the big picture will be come out in the end on sep this year. 2006 will be the mark which gona start in 2013 year. All we have 6 months to get redeem ..... all the best to all of us

Right now my case is in NVC awaiting CSPA review. I sent in all my requested docs and paid up to my IV fees. Now that my other 2 nieces and nephews info was not presented so NVC says they are reviewing the case under the CHILD STATUS PROTECTION ACT to see if they can be added on.

It's a maybe or a maybe not...we will see. Now case on hold for review. *sigh*

Does anyone know how long the review will take?

What happens if ur priority date is current and ur case completed date is latter than other people with same priority date??

I am not sure but look at this scenario, if a certain amount of people went to a bank on the same date and there is a line for all to stay in...each one have to wait until it is there turn to be attend to. That is how I look at it, I might be wrong.

Thats grt news......It is now sure that VB will be 15 March but i guess it can be 22 March or may be 1 April......

If we remember when this New Fiscal Year started i.e 2012...they gave prediction of all visa categories how much would they move in future months and for F1 they predicted it will move 3 to 5 weeks....after 3 months i.e in Jan VB our category moved 2 months and 1 week i.e from 15 Oct to 22 Dec...so i think in coming months it can move 2 or more consistently.....as they again predicted in Jan VB abt future movement of all categories...For F1 again they predictd 3 to 5 weeks..but current scenario seems it will be more than 5 weeks....
