Hi Puru144, what about email exchanges / phone bills? Do you think these papers could be sufficient proof?

Other people in this Forum, what do you suggest please? Puru does not have recent pictures of him & his petitioner taken together.

in my country, the embassy takes a copy of the phone bill, which contains a number, and duration of the call, as well skype logs and copies of email correspondence. but as usualy they ask it only for fiance visas.

Good news everyone! My interview was great, I am approved!kicking.gifkicking.gifkicking.gif

I will update my experience very soon. Thank you all!

I had my interview today and my visa was approved! I got to the Consulate around 6am and one hour later i got inside the building and was told to fill out two papers and then put my documents in order. Thirty minutes later I was called to the window where a woman checked all the documents I submitted and the ones I was asked to bring along, everything went well, she took my fingerprints and told me to wait for my turn for the interview, which took around thirty minutes too. The consul was a young woman, very nice and polite, asked a few questions about my father and then told me my visa was approved. I had to go to the post office pay the courier fee and that's all!

I didn't have internet for a couple days and I just got to see this! CONGRATS Westlink and mmateus!!!

Good luck to those next in line for interviews!

Nevermindvz, do you get IL?

I don't get to receive an interview letter because I'm in the U.S. right now (my case is with USCIS, not NVC). I will be doing Adjustment of Status (AOS).

Last time I talked with 2009OEL, he hadn't received his letter yet. Hopefully he got it by now!

I 'm curious how you could be in US right now. Did you have any interview such as working visa,.... before?

Yes I had to submit tons of paperwork before. I might get scheduled for an interview now, but that's for them to decide.
