This is the URL that I used to find a doctor http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3739.html

I just called they asked me to tell them my interview date and they gave me a date time to go in.

You have to take a copy of your IL, your passport and recent pics. Schedule your appointment as soon as you get you IL guys.
