Yes, someone with PD May 15, 2006 has the interview appointment on July 15. Its great!, moving for a month so far.

I don't think there's a standard pattern. But they usually send the ILs 1-2 weeks before they publish the bulletin. A couple of times they sent them after the bulletin was published.
