if this is ur very first interview no you do not have to fill out another DS230 k... I had to do that because I was held back due to their process of rollback due to retrogression...

I don't think so. It says:

"Immigrants who can show that they were in the U.S. lawfully for 10 years will be eligible for naturalization after three years of permanent residency."

So, first you need to have stayed in the country for 10 years already. Second, that article seems to refer only to undocumented immigrants.

Hey Grace A,

It would deff be nice to shave off 2 years from the current process. I think that if they were to do that for the 11 million people having an illegal status then they would have to do it for everyone.

It is getting closer to the end of FY 2013(September) and I am hoping that they move forward cut-off dates enough not to waste it and then later on give those visa numbers to other categories like they did last year when they gave 1,800 family visa numbers to employment based. I think you guys know what I am talking about.

I think that they will be finished with 2006 in early 2014 at the rate that they are currently going.

i think they stop at the 22 April 2006 as cut off date, my siter pd is april 22 2996 and she got her i/l last week
