I did call NVC but she said an interview wasn't programmed yet. I'll give it another day or two and then I'll call again if I don't get anything

I think they will stick to what they have said and will move either 3 or 4 weeks each month.. Calculate it off that guys and if they move further then be happy.. I think they are being very careful as to avoid another retrogression and plus if the Immigration reform that they are talking about is effected then we could see more numbers being put into the different categories... Even though I heard that they are going to cut out siblings filing for each other... Lets see...

Yes keep checking because you are current. Remember it also has to do with yoru conutry's embassy. So seeing that you're current you should call your country's embassy also k.. All the best!

Glad it's moving. My sister's PD is 10 April 2006  .. Lawyer send us a copy of the approval notice on 2 February 2011.. It seems like forever.

I like to take the lowest week into account to be in the safe side.. According to the Visa availability in the coming month.. I would project that my sister's PD will be current on 11MAY VB (PD: 19 April 2006) otherwise if the movement is by 4 weeks at a time then her PD will be current on 11APR (PD: 12 April 2006). But then again, I could just pick the 4 weeks movement since it's been going that way lately.. but then I wouldn't be sure, after all this is NVC we're talking about.

I still haven't received my IL but that isn't stopping me from trying to have all my docs in order as the Embassy in my country is famous for sending people away with a 221(g). I've lived in the U.S. since I was 11 y/o, and they state that they want a police certificate from every country you have lived in since your 16th birthday. My previous attorney said that I didn't need to send one for the U.S. but should I get one just in case?
