F1 case complete and waiting for visa # availability

Update for u all....still no I/L.....GradeA my dad called yesterday and the NVC representative repeated same old story....we r working on cases prior to 15 Jan....blah blah.....we dont know anything......so no luck.....Even none other categories have rec. I/L.....This is very wierd from NVC side. R they going to stop movement for all this month..?????

Well...same thing happened in September 2012 when New Fiscal Stated. We were all hoping new fiscal will move 1-2 months and at beginning only they moved just 1 week which was very disappointing for all. At that time they started sending Interview Letters from 13th September after publishing VB which was published on 10th September. So, it seems this time maybe they move only a week or so and hence send I/Ls after publishing VB.

Good point is that none other category has rec. I/Ls either. So, there is a high possibility of repetition of Oct' 2012 VB like pattern.....

An Update...Mumbai consulate has uploaded March Interview Schedule. Only 2 F1 cases r scheduled for Interview. My case No. is not in the list. Another thing is that in almost entire schedule u will see only IR1/IR2/CR1 and IR5 cases (Relatives of US Citizens)cases. Very few Family based cases r displayed. Surprisingly only 86 F4 cases r scheduled, and 20 F2A cases. But i think they will update the list later as they do always later in the month..... So i dont worry until actual VB is out for March.

For all's information...Mumbai embassy has approx 400-500 F4 cases scheduled for a particular month..now its just 86....

I am waiting for I/L but NVC haven't scheduled Interview yet. Pls do post ur detailed Interview experience, it will be helpful to our other VJ members who r next in line along with me.

I don't understand what's going on. We were all hoping for fast movements at the start of this year and that didn't happen. I cannot believe things are going to slow down even more. I try to remain positive but it is so difficult!

I think they r going to stuck all categories for March...As it is clearly evident when we look at March Interview Schedule of Mumbai Embassy....what makes us think more negative is the fact that last week 2 guys received I/L in F1 and they were already current as per Feb VB...So, this seems that they r going to stall movement for March. But this can be confirmed only when official VB is out.
