Im sticking to my previous estimate: " my early guesstimate for next VB is Feb 08 or even worse, Feb 1."

I think you're going to be right. It's weird that they haven't sent any interview letter to any category.

Did u guys check Vietnamese forum...??? A guy with 19/12/2005 PD rec I/L this mrng with 22 March 2013 date appointment...here;s the link and translation....

This means they have started and i think today and 2moro we guys will see I/Ls....The main thing is when they start and as seen above they have started sending I/Ls, so by today most of us should get I/Ls....check ur mailboxes

I looked up the China Forum just now and no one of F1 category mentioned any progress too. Very weird.

Well...they r scheduling Interviews....coz one guy from vietnamese forum got I/L this morning....

Also, one guy from India with IR1 category also rec. his i/l today mrng 3 AM..IST...So they have started the process..now just to know when would they send to applicants in preference categories who will be going to be current in March....Also, no members in F2A thread have rec. I/Ls..so far. But i am optimistic today and tomoro they will send out the I/Ls...Now, wait and watch....

Unless this persons situation is a "Special" case, its a bit strange that with PD 19/12/2005 is scheduled for late March (who should have been in Feb).

But yes, lets hope today is the day they start really moving forward and not the day they start stalling.

Well that correct his priority date is 12/19/2005 which is current on February but its might due to open slot that embassy so it's move to march for interview. Keep in mind that Chinese New Year is on February for Vietnam so it's limited spot available. They are close for the whole week of February 11-15. ALS, president day is February 19 . Hope it's help
